My partner and I also own a brownstone in Harlem that he designed. He's an architect. We have one tenant. So, I'm a landlord too. Couldn't handle more than that.

Ok... I need help because I cannot translate! All I got was "this is not un serra"... so what does serra mean? -AM
Richard Serra is a sculptor who lives in Tribeca. He works mostly in large metal forms which oxidize in their environments. This rusted dumpster was in Tribeca. The phrase "ceci n'est pas un serra" is a riff on Magritte's painting "The Treachery of Images." "Ceci n'est pas un pipe," is written on a painting of a pipe.
