My partner and I also own a brownstone in Harlem that he designed. He's an architect. We have one tenant. So, I'm a landlord too. Couldn't handle more than that.

I live in rural NH, 52 acres of land... but I still think your idea of gardening is cool. Go for it. You totally rock. :)
